This is a blog for me to be a fatty and eat at all the best Halal places in Birmingham and then let you guys know my thoughts on what I ate and the service I received. I have always enjoyed eating out and have had many friends ask me for recommendations and then a few suggested I start a food blog and here it is!

We love your blog and are wondering whether you’d be interested in trying German Doner Kebab and reviewing it? The kebabs are Halal and are considered the healthiest kebab in the UK. They have half the saturated fat of a standard kebab, are made from 100% lean chicken and beef and are served with handmade bread and three signature sauces. GDK began in Berlin and are taking the UAE by storm. They now have branches in Europe and in the UK in Birmingham, Ilford, Ealing, Islington and Southall. Branches in Kilburn, Croydon and Fulham are opening soon!

I was just wondering whether you know of any good “fancy” halal restaurants in Birmingham where you are able to dress up and not feel over the top! Any help would be great

Hey Mia, I would recommend Tipu Sultan as a more dress up Halal Indian restaurant or Rodizo Rico (halal accreditation should be checked personally)

Hi Halal Boy, with the health crisis in our youth maybe start calling out these dessert places which are springing up all over the place. I also find too much stuff is now out of the freezer instead of being freshly made. Quality has suffered greatly.
